Writers Market UK - A free writers resource with over 4,000 listings. Magazines, publishers, agents,TV contacts and lots more. It's free -all you have to do is register at the website.

Writers.com - Offer online writing classes in various genres as well as informative articles and tips for writers.

WordNet Search - An online dictionary that you can explore quickly in many different directions . . . synonym, antonym, more general, more specific, etc.

Freelancers.co.uk - Freelancer marketplace that includes writing jobs. Two different fee structures apply. Not huge numbers of writing jobs, but normally decent pay.
Freelance Writing Gigs - A free daily list of freelance jobs for bloggers, article writers and others collected from all across the internet. Great articles and resources for writers too.
Write This Moment - Job board and opportunities for writers. UK based website listing writer opportunities on a weekly basis. Subscribers only -small fee charged.
